**Actual Size Before stretching is the size of the garment before stretching the waistband. For example, if wearing a size medium (Measures 27") and your waist is size 32 you would be stretching the garment 5". Size up if you don't want such a tight fit.
These jocks are really comfortable! They hold everything perfectly and there is no pinching anywhere. I usually buy the 1 inch jock but this one is the 2 inch and it feels good. I highly recommend this brand of Jockstrap.
