Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

Once an item has been removed from its packaging, worn or laundered it cannot be returned/exchanged.  Only un-opened items can be exchanged.

  • Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original Receipt or OrderID for all returns.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Refunds can only be given on the original credit card (or payment method) used to make the purchase.  For example, we cannot pay you by check if you used a credit card or PayPal.  A refund can never be issued beyond 60 days.

  • Because of health regulations, jockstraps/underwear that has been removed from its packaging, worn or laundered cannot be returned.

  • All items returned MUST be in the original package (clamshell, polybag, etc), unopened with all tags intact.

  • If you order multiple items of the same size, please only open one item to make sure the size fits.  If you do so and find the item does not fit the other (unopened) items can be exchanged.

Items that can be returned will either be refunded, exchanged, or issued a credit in the form of a coupon for a discount on a future purchase.

Shipping fees are never refundable and you are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product.  Returns shall be addressed to:
