I've been wearing athletic supporters ever since high school they were mandatory then but I've never stopped wearing them I've been wearing them never 40 years every time I work out go for a hike yoga anything athletic it's a great feeling and supported comfortable and you know it's amazing being supported not having to worry about anything flopping around feeling secure and worrying about exercising
