I was told by my doctor to wear a jockstrap. All the time. Due to my age and increased size of my ballsack. The scrotum was getting large and painful. So I took doctor's advice and started wearing a jock. A jock without the back straps would be great and this one is the best of them all. Mostly cotton, cut to look like I'm wearing underwear and it is so great. Holds the boys great, never slips off and I even wear it while sleeping. Very comfortable. Try it. It is the best.
