The pouch on this jock is huge not the waist band . The cup does not stay in place and shifts - it needs constant adjustment , it might be better wearing a baseball uniform but not hockey. I wouldn't trust sliding into a base head first wearing this cup.
I remember the day when I asked my wife to buy me a pair of briefs or boxers or support she recommended a jockstrap and ever since then it's been great. You know these jockstraps the whole package makes it seem like you're well endowed and the support is great
