It was mandatory in high school for me to wear and athletic supporter. we I don't complaints we were just happy to be comfortable contains felt like we were secure working out even work out better it was a lifelong lesson in wearing a proper male garment they get to safe supported and they just work out better even to this day at 55 year old man my athletic supporter is my go-to garmet before even going to the gym Traditional athletic supporters are extremely comfortable just amazing keep you lifted supported everything where it's supposed to be I just highly recommend wearing one.
Ever since my coach in high school, who I trusted, told me, I had to start wearing athletic supporter and he was right. I started working out much better I felt contained in my athletic supporter, more confident, less petite. I’ve never stopped wearing a jockstrap. I’m a 50-year-old man now and my testicles are hanging on my lower, athletic supporter. It’s just a must keeps me fully contained when I’m doing yoga. Stretching at the gym in my shorts. I know I’m not gonna fall out. I went to the gym the other day. I couldn’t believe it. He was awesome like father like son the same reasons I wore one he’ll always wear one there’s no other substitute.
