Perfect for lounging, sleeping or as an extra layer of warmth. Although the size selector is normally by waist, height and chest size is a big factor since the waist has plenty of stretch in this garment. Shorter people would want small, taller people need larger sizes.
The quality is worth the price. Fitted in all the right places and does its job as a base layer, thin enough to fit comfortably under normal clothing and thick enough to keep me warm. Will be ordering another in the future
