With ActiveMan, as with almost all jockstraps, I go up 1 size. Because of other reviews I've seen elsewhere, I went up 2 sizes to an XL. I have a 33 waist and an average endowment: the XL waist fits perfect, but the pouch is so skimpy that the boys keep falling out the sides. It's too bad because if the pouch was more realistically designed to accomodate most men, this would be a great jock. I would recommend only for guys with a small endowment.
